The City of Torrington will follow the guidelines advanced to us by Governor Mark Gordon which requires us to close our doors to the public. All City facilities are closed to the public until further notice. Please continue to communicate with us via phone, e-mail, text or regular mail or contact us for an in person appointment if your business cannot be conducted over the phone.
